We provide a range of programs and services in the north west metropolitan of Melbourne and have strong connections to the communities we live and work in.

How we can help in COVID-19 lockdown

Given the current situation with COVID-19 restrictions, Make the Connection have shifted all services to Telehealth in line with the current government stay at home orders.

We believe the best way to connect is to learn and develop in the environments we spend the most time in, that's why we come to you, to your home, school, parks and even Nana’s house.

How we help

We recognise that parents are the most important people in their child's life as well as their child’s best teacher. We believe children learn best in the places where they spend the most time, like home, child care, kindergarten and other community settings.

Our services include:

Occupational therapy

Make the Connection’s Occupational Therapists work with you and your child to build the skills and confidence to take part in everyday activities.

 

Speech pathology

Make the Connection Speech Pathologists specialise in assisting children who have difficulty understanding language or expressing themselves.
